Reverence
Journeys through the trees and tall grasses are some of my earliest and most cherished memories. These experiences cultivated my connection to the Earth and my eye for detail. Reverence is a series of works that highlights the beauty, subtleties, and surprises found in the quieter moments of nature. These pieces fluctuate from both literal and figurative interpretations of form, movement, and my memories. Through the integration of curves, light, and hand-carved textures, I developed work that holds a collection of moments from the natural world.
